We have an old Ricoh Aficio CL7200 printer. It’s a beast of a thing and the backbone of the company for which I work. It died on us. We messed up and tried another company that said they serviced Ricoh but wasn’t actually Ricoh authorized and they couldn’t fix the problem. Rather than scrap the printer, we went to the Ricoh authorized repair place, ABP. They were able to get a technician out to us and he went through and fixed the problem, which turned out to be resetting some codes after installing new parts. The other place failed to reset the codes and told us we needed a whole new printer, which they would be able to sell us. We just saved ourselves about five grand and I now have the happy sounds of a printer printing behind me. Don’t mess around. Go directly to Atlantic for your Ricoh repair needs.
