The AT&T corporate people should look into this store because something shady is going on. On the store window it clearly states the store opens at 10am but it is 11:15 and it is still not open. The gates are rolled up so if you drove by you would think the store is open but nope the lights are off and no one is home. This has happened multiple times and I know people out of frustration because of this leave AT&T for another company.

Horrible location, and what a shame for a new location on Dyckman. Horribly understaffed(three visits, each visit only with one person working in the store). Horrible service, and horrible attitudes. I tried on three different days to get a micro sim card to switch to my new Apple iPhone, and each time I went to the store I heard a new excuse. First one being that the store just ran out of sim cards, the second one saying I can only get a sim card when I purchase a phone(HMMM…), and the third time saying they only receive 5 sim cards with each shipment(really? A mobile store and ALL you have is five sim cards on a weekly shipment?). Employees/Management are up to something, corporate should look into this spot. It’s horrible.
