This is the occasion when I wish Unilocal allow negative stars.
Wasted 15min at the store when the sales associate try to explain to me monthly rates, which I already know, and then he tried to sell me the phone I didn’t come in here for. Turned out he knew all along that their store didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock. Dumbest sales associate ever.

This place is the most unprofessional store ever. They try to charge you for things they shouldn’t charge you for, and if you question anything, they just tell you to go to another store. I asked if I could use their phone to call AT&T customer service, since my phone wasn’t working, and they said no. Are you serious? AT&T, please shut them down.

The store was supposed to be open when I arrived at 5pm and it wasn’t. I walked up the block and decided to find another AT&T close by. A few minutes later I decided to walk back to see if someone was there and some guy was behind the desk eating his Chipotle. No sign on the door saying the person stepped out. Anyway he tried to nickel and dime me for everything. Trying to charge me for an activation fee, SIM card and service when I was only supposed to pay for service and the SIM card. Anyway he sent me to the «corporate store» at 217 Broadway. Go there instead. Lovely service.

Avoid at all cost!!! I was asked for my credit card number to pay a bill that already had auto pay. I was kind of suspicious as to why I should pay. I was told for convenience purposes. I paid and get a call from Chase Fraud the next day of charges I never made after that transaction. Needless to say, I reported it to ATT fraud service and they are investigating the store’s log and will contact me on their results. I’ve also contacted NYPD’s credit card fraud division and they are also investigating.
