Very professional! My furniture was going into storage. They wrapped everything so well and I am very secure in knowing everything will be safe. They moved quickly. They were very polite and asked questions when they weren’t sure. Very satisfied! I will ask for them again when I need to move out of storage.

Not much to comment here regarding quality of service as THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Very unorganized, appointment had been set for more than a week in advance for 12pm. I received a phone call at 11:15 the day of my move telling me they would be there at 1:30. Okay I can even deal with that, moving is not an exact science, delays happen. 2pm comes around the main guy Sergei won’t answer my calls. I finally get a call from someone who I’ve never spoken to before telling me another set of guys are coming shortly, STILL WAITING for them to show up, they must of gotten lost.
Anyway, after accepting that this company is garbage, I was recommended to call Dumbo Moving out of Brooklyn. With only a day notice, Labor Day Weekend, they have exceeded my expectations sending me the Certificate of Insurance only 30 minutes after calling. Absolutely the most organized moving company I have dealt with thus far and given I emailed Surgei several times throughout the span of a week to get the same certificate.

old bait and switch. called these guys because there name says it all ASTORIA MOVERS.
asked if they were located in astoria and the guy said of course. said 3 hour minimum never mentioned anything about an extra hour for travel. When the truck got to the house and we signed the paper work, they added on an extra hour for travel. I was really angry about this, at lease be up front about it in your initial estimate. I spoke to the truck driver who proceeded to tell me that their trucks are located in park slope, not astoria. So of course they are going to charge for travel time. I called the ‘main office’ and was told i would receive a call back from the boss… still waiting for that call back
