Overall this store is great! They did an amazing job cleaning my ring and sizing my new watches. However they have one employee, a Paun no last name was given who is incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you have the option of dealing with him or someone else, take anyone else as everyone else who works here is amazing. So the 2 stars I’m giving is sticky for Paun and his customer service, the store itself as a whole is 4 stars.

My wife and I have taken several watches here for repairs, and she recently bought me a nice watch here. They have given us nothing but the best service and attention.
My wife bought my watch as a surprise birthday present, and thought I would need an extended band. When she gave it to me and the band was too long, Artiste re-​ordered the original size band and switched them out without a problem. The owner called me several times to update me while I was waiting for the band.
In addition, the repairs they’ve done for us have been high-​quality and timely. We will definitely continue to give them our business and I would highly recommend Artiste for friendly and great customer service.

Artiste has become my go-​to neighborhood jeweler. I was introduced to them when I received a gift from there about a year ago. Since then, I’ve had my pearls restrung there, have bought a couple of small items there and am about to take a watch in to be repaired. The staff (owners?) are extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful, whether you’re making a small purchase or large. I shopped around before I trusted my pearls to them. Artiste’s fee was reasonable and appropriate (another jeweler had asked much more!) and the stringing was done beautifully and professionally. Highly recommend.
