Arsen Gurgov is awesome he knew exactly what to do with me once he saw me! I came in with no layers in my hair and decided for a new look, i asked the stylist what he would suggest and he told me to focus on how the hair looks not just above my neck but how it looks with my body. i trusted him with the scissors and it was literally like the fairy god mother sprinkled her magic and made my hair have shape and more volume. He also recommend a few shampoos that made my hair more smoother. Overall, Arsen is the best stylist i ever went to.

Arsen is amazing in what he does. Every time I go to Arsen he knows exactly what to do to my hair. My Keratin hair comes out so smooth. He is careful since I have baby fine hair he takes good care of my hair. From cuts to blow dry he always seems to make me happy. I’m a loyal client and I’ve never met anyone that can do hair like Arsen. He understands hair like no other. He is in the know with everything out there. I once had hair extensions put in by Arsen. No one knew it was hair extensions until I said something. He is worth the price I pay. I’m forever addicted to seeing Arsen. I can always get an appointment with Arsen he makes sure of it. All I do is call his cell and I’m in. Thank you Arsen.

Wow its been over 12 years how I’m coming to arsen at Louis lacari & I’m just writing a review now! Excellent quality service, for all the years I’ve been a client I’ve always been satisfied with my hair cut and blow out. Arsen works with me to figure out the best hair styles that suits me. Not only is he great with his choice but also very patient. I’m super picky and if he can please me I’m sooo sure he can please anyone! Highly recommend to everyone who’s into trend and quality!!! Arsen is the best hairstylist I’ve ever known. In my forty years living in New York City I’ve never experienced a more expert approach to styling. His aesthetic is sexy, polished, and he customizes his work to every individual he works with. I’ve personally seen him breathe new life into a stagnant look. He knows hair. Aside from that he’s witty, charming and sexy; and his assistant gives THE BEST shampoo I’ve ever had. I absolutely crave my appointments. I’m addicted.
