My roommate and I were looking for a place back in November for a December 1st move, and we both had a lot on our plates so we had to be very specific, and certain. Bohemia realty came through with the perfect apartment for us to view, and Ariel was on our side right from the get go. He made our decision very easy, put us at the top of the list for the place and helped us secure the spot in record breaking time. He made everything as easy as could be and we have now been living there happily for 3 months. Very professional, open, friendly, and understanding. Thank you Ariel for hooking it up! Need a new apartment? I advise going to Ariel Shafir, he is the man to go to.

We were in a serious time crunch having waited over a week for an application for an apartment we put a down payment on to be approved. Upon deciding to look for other apartments we found Ariel. Within a few hours he had tons of apartments for us to look at despite being told by another agent there were none in our price range readily available. We were feeling totally out of luck, but Ariel came through for us big time. Not only did we find an apartment within a couple of days that was move in ready, he went above and beyond to get the paperwork approved asap and get us in for the lease signing. Within less than a day we had the keys and were able to move. Without his help we’d probably still be apartment-​less today. I’d recommend Ariel to anyone in NYC who wants to get this typically painful process over with fast and in a professional manner.

I highly recommend Ariel to anyone searching for a new home. After much bad luck with incompetent real estate brokers, Ariel was a great change of pace. He showed up on time for our first appointment and showed me several listings. Even though I didn’t choose any of those apartments, Ariel was so patient and understanding, and assured me that we would find the right fit, now that he knew what I was looking for. Within 2 days he reached out to me regarding another apartment, which is now my awesome new home! Thanks Ariel!
