Dan and his team are amazing! They replaced my screen (I apparently have butterfingers) and even provided pickup/​drop off service for less than what Apple would have charged me. I thought I would go through withdrawals without my phone, but they had it fixed and back in my hands within a few hours. They really seem to know how to treat customers and that goes a long way for me.

My iPad Mini’s screen cracked in the midst of finals, and I was freaking out. A colleague recommended AppleRepair NYC to me and I am very thankful he did. Dan did a phenomenal job, amazingly repairing it within two hours and eliminating the stress I was getting from a broken iPad! He was also very accommodating with the pick-​up and drop-​off location and time. AppleRepair NYC beats spending a fortune at the Apple Store by a million times!

Dan does an incredible job fixing apple products. The repaired product will be aesthetically pleasing with an outlook that shows great precision. Got my Mac keyboard replaced at a much lower cost compared to the official Apple Store price. Never thought my old Mac could be saved. Now it’s up and running like new. Dan was very responsive and offered flexible pick-​up and delivery services. He’s totally the go-​to guy for any Apple product related issues. Thumbs up!
