The best dry clean service in the area(although maybe not the cheapest). They are quick, they do everything(including comforters), and they’re very professional. They deliver as well.

Just left Apple Cleaners very frustrated with their management. BEWARE: they give you two bags for pick-up, one labeled«Dry Cleaning», the other«Wash & Fold»; HOWEVER, if you put the bag labeled«Dry Cleaning» inside the«Wash & Fold» bag(to make it more convenient when they come to pick it up) THEYWILLDOYOURDRYCLEANINGWITHTHELAUNDRY. IFYOUVALUEYOURBELONGINGS, DONOTUSEAPPLECLEANERS. And, unlike other dry cleaners I have used in the past, they will BLAMEYOUFORTHEIRMISTAKES. I had originally chalked it up to human error and since my clothes did not appear damaged, I was annoyed but still willing to give them my business. A few weeks later, I tried on a dress that had been involved in the mix up and it had shrunk to the point where I can no longer wear it. I went in to discuss a damage claim with the manager(having brought in $ 94 of dry cleaning that morning). He blamed me, saying I had made the mistake, repeating over and over that he checks the bags(which he clearly had not because the dry cleaning bag itself had gone through the wash!). When I asked for reimbursement(through an insurance claim, not from his own pocket — and for less $ than the dry cleaning I dropped off that day!!), he said that because it was my error he could not submit a claim. Even though they are the most convenient dry cleaner to my apartment, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

DONOTUSE — customer rip off. Only had a few dry clean items + a couple of shirts(clean & press only)…$ 25 worth. One shirt still had minor food stain(not grease) upon pick up. Asked it be re-cleaned. They REFUSED. Only if I paid difference between wash/press & dry clean price. Never, never have I had cleaner refuse to re-clean an item, e.g., stain, that didn’t come out first time around. Again, major rip off. Also, would post negative stars if given that option.

End of 2013 update: I like it when a business listens to it’s customers and actually works on improving and then improves. After 7 months of using them as my go to dry cleaners, I am happy to report that they seem to have turned a new leaf. I haven’t lost a single piece of clothing, my clothes are returned on time and they continue to have an open and clean environment. The manager at the front desk, Daniel, even seems happier and sometimes rounds the weight to the lower digit which is a positive change from a customer perspective. As for stitching, I haven’t had a chance to use them, but I am hoping that when I do, they’ll be reasonable like the wash and fold /dry cleaning services. Here is to hoping that they continue improving in 2014.

THISISTHEWORSTDRYCLEANERS I’VEEVERBEENTO. I’ve used various dry cleaners in the city depending on my area. But I have never encountered so many issues with one… CONSISTENTLY. I like to give the benefit of the doubt to businesses but after 8 attempts I had to give up. The man at the front has never gotten my name, cleaning requests, or dates correct and the quality of cleaning is terrible. I pretty much reverted to dry cleaning all clothing just because their wash and fold is so bad. Save yourself the hassel, and save your clothes. Do not use this place. Wait, can I give zero stars?
