Ok I guess as such offices go, but for some reason their phone line drops you half the time you call these people. Plus, I waited a freakin’ 1hr 15 when I had a damn appt.

Worst experience ever. The gentleman that booked my appointment barely spoke English. He said my appointment was at 7pm. I arrived at 6:45 early for paperwork. I waited until 8:10 PM to ask when I would be going back. She said oh your appointment isn’t until 8 PM. I said out of common curtesy and sense shouldn’t you of mentioned something an hour and half ago? I asked how long it would be she said another hour or so. Who runs their business like this??? Especially when it’s people are in need & injured. Wasting all their time

THEY ARE THE REASON I MAY HAVE MY LEG AMPUTATED
I was hospitalized for a week for a MRSA bacterial infection in my shin. The hospital didn’t give me an MRI since it wasn’t life threatening. So I went to my doctor and they sent me here. I called them to ask if they got my paperwork and they said they had it and it was going to take 4 days for the authorization. That was a long time, but I didn’t mind the wait. After 4 days I tried calling them and they didn’t pick up. Once they did they told me «I wasn’t in the system». In other words they didn’t even bother doing their job. So I called my insurance and they said they never received a request for authorizing the MRI. That is why I decided to go to Doshi Diagnostics, since their service is better. My leg has gotten worse as a result and I will need surgery to get the infection out of my bone.

What a horrible opportunity it was to visit this place. The mammography side of the clinic will be there as you come in; The X-​Ray side will be through to the other side. The medical receptionist who is Indian for the X-​Ray office IS rude. The way she speaks to the patients waiting to be seen is worse than the way people at the DMV speak with you. The only radio technician working is more cordial, respectful and kind. The receptionist is only kind to Caucasian patients; the ear of who are waiting are of Latin and Asian descent. She has a smile as pleasant smile is like a bunny rabbit and venom like a Komodo dragon. Horrible staff.
