I have taken lessons with many people over the years to improve my musical career and I have to say that Tamara has been the most patient instructor I’ve met so far. She is calm, patient and has a sense of humor. She makes sure each individual’s question is addressed in a group setting and she offers one-​on-​one help as needed. Her workshop is at a very affordable rate and is a very practical approach. She provides a very thorough workbook with assignments, and listening exercises. More importantly, she cares about what the class needs. If she feels you need more a challenge, she pushes you. I highly recommend her workshop.

Thank you for a great class Tamara. You opened up so many new musical possibilities to me. Music theory is a hard subject and Tamara Hey really broke it down for us. She is a great teacher.
