I LOVE this food truck. When you just need a cheeseburger deluxe like you get in a diner in Staten Island, this is the place to go. Food is always delicious and cooked to order. French fries are crispy which is how I like them. Go early before the line gets too long!

Eating one of the best turkey sandwich on a roll I’ve ever had as I write this review. They are nice people, diner food so not the healthiest but they are not too greasy which makes eating their food on a regular basis not so bad. The price is not only cheap but it’s also great quality food. There’s a reason why this food trucks been here for 24 years.

God, I wish there was an All American Diner-type place where I now work in Soho. Very nicely-priced staples, such as grilled cheese and bacon and egg on a roll. The owners are super nice.

The best chicken fingers and fries. I’m so lucky to have this place right by my office. 4 out of the 5 work days, I eat salad or something relatively healthy. That 5th day, I allow myself to eat something not so great because dammit, I worked hard for it. Their chicken fingers are perfectly fried and they don’t have just regular fries, they serve friggin steak fries. On top of that, they don’t add s&p and/or ketchup until they get the okay from you. All this for only $ 6.50. That’s a steal in Manhattan. It’s also owned by a lovely couple who are also working on updating the menu and offering free delivery soon. They have specials on a dry erase board every day. If you just want fries, you can get those for $ 2.50 for a small which is actually a large, or a bit more for a large which is more like«oh my god, I’m never eating again».

The WORST food truck experience ever! Me and my co-workers ordered 3 different types of meals and all of them had great flaws. Th e burger was RAW, the chicken wrap didn’t include any of the ingredients I asked for, and the pancakes tasted like cardboard. To top it all off, the vegetables were old and showed signs of oxidation. STAYFARAWAY!

A few times a week I go over here for a breakfast sandwhich and coffee. Very nice staff… and food is quick.

They trek out here from Long Island & stay all day in the same spot. They offer a wide selection of breakfast and lunch items on their menu. It is this selection and relatively inexpensive prices that keep a line of local office workers and tourists lined up especially in the morning. I normally go for an egg sandwich on a roll which is a bargain at under $ 3.00 compared to Au Bön Pain, Starbucks & Flavors Café whose breakfast sandwiches go $ 4 and up sometimes. The menu consists of typical diner fare of burger, sandwiches and breakfast platters. Not the healthiest of selections but not bad if you want to cheat on your diet. They are a breakfast staple and a must try for the price conscious.

I am shocked. Why are there no reviews yet for the awesome All American Diner food truck? This is a diner on wheels. It has an expansive menu that covers nearly all categories of diner foods. If you walk within the truck’s general perimeter, you will see a man in his patriotic tshirt of the day call out to you, «sir! how may I help you?» No matter how big the crowd, Tom makes sure nobody has to wait for his attention. He memorizes each order to the T and remembers you by face. You don’t see your crave on the menu? Just order it. Tom will take care of you. The truck serves both breakfast and lunch. I recommend the roast beef sandwich, the chicken parm, or whatever is on the specials chalk board. But don’t let me tell you what diner food you should eat. Its big, its fattening, its all american and its there for your comfort. Do I sound like an infomercial? Expect similar wait times of a real diner. Make sure the weather is nice enough for you to just hang out for 10 – 15 minutes while your food is made to order. The price is fair. Most entrée, platters and sandwiches alike, are below 10 dollars. While nothing is down right spectacular, it is a solid lunch option for those extra hungry days. They used to give away potato chips and garlic bread for big platter entrees but I wasn’t offered any during my last few visits. One thing though — if you show interest in getting something then walk away, you will feel sadness coming from inside the truck then feel bad/sorry for the rest of the day. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. 3 stars for the food and value, 4 since the service is awesome and patriotic. Yeah. I just gave a star for patriotism.
