A+O has many designs that I enjoy, but this brand is now ruined for me due to the sales experience.
I have had better experience with other A+O stores, but honestly I have too much of a bad taste in my mouth to continue to invest in this brand.
As another reviewer said for a different location: If you must buy A+O, buy it from Bloomingdales as the return policy is respectful.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I went into the shop to find a gift for my girlfriend but the staff, Henry in particular, were rude and unwilling to answer my questions. Not knowing what to buy I had hoped to get their advice but they couldn’t be bothered. With so many well run shops in NYC I suggest you spend your money somewhere else. Maybe a place that will treat you with some respect!

Shopping at A + O Soho is always just such an enjoyable experience! I absolutely love this store and all the women that work here!!! Sapier is amazing! Not only does she have incredible fashion sense, she knows what will make me look and feel beautiful so trying on clothes is such a joy! And I leave so happy knowing that I purchased outfits that I will love wearing!!! The service has been impeccable!!! Everyone is so attentive and knowledgable! While Sapier was away on vacation, Charisse took care of me and it was so smooth. She knew my sizes and past purchases to know what recommendations to make! Sapier stayed in communication with her to make sure my needs were met! What an incredible team! Highly recommend you visit and shop at A + O Soho!!!

I can not say enough good things about A+ O Soho. The team there is absolutely amazing! I work in PR/​Styling and needed to come in to do a last minute pull at the store and Charisse, the general manager, and Brittany were so accommodating. They were both friendly, helpful, and a dream to work with because of all of their insight and impeccable taste. I can’t wait to work with them again!

My experience shopping at A&Os soho location with Charisse is nothing less than perfect! As a customer of hers for quite sometime, she knows what will and won’t work for me & often encourages me to step outside of my comfort zone… While I’m always hesitant, I trust her & always find myself loving those pieces the most!
