I agree with the first reviewer– I too went to the shop for lotto tickets from time to time because of the location, despite the crappy customer service. I could suck it up– this is New York, after all; but a couple weeks ago, the guy behind the counter charged me the incorrect amount. I’m not sure if he was trying to cheat me or if it was an honest mistake; but when I asked him about it, giving the correct amount, he started muttering incredibly racist things in a stage whisper.
I can deal with grumpy. Racist I won’t tolerate.

My only purpose for going into this store is to buy a lottery ticket. It is extremely small so if you go expect to be squeezed in a small space.
By the way, one of the cashiers is not that friendly so don’t take it personally if he snaps at you. I know bad customer service! I’ve been going in here for almost a decade and the guy barely says a word. I only go here to buy lottery tickets because it is convenient.
