Say what you want about how nice TriBeca is to live in, but for me, this waterfall-laden strip is the saving grace of this particular portion.

This is a very nice park in the middle of the entrance/exit ramps for the Holland Tunnel. Only in NY, right? The best feature is the long and narrow fountain which reminds me of a Slip-N-Slide, so of course I just look at it and want to dive in. But I don’t. Like most of the parks in Tribeca, this park is shiny and new and very nice. There are some benches along the periminter and a few chess tables, as well as a small area of manicured grass. No too shabby.

TriBeCa consists a triangle intersection of three streets between: Laight Street, Canal Street, and Varick Street which contains a beautiful park. There are continuous rows of contemporary benches. Its unique triangle shape path seen above with a 8-foot tower stepping stone water fountain and low flowering shrubs is, overall, a beauty. Albert Capsouto Park’s lawn is very green and healthy, appears unscathed for a better environment. There are small cluster of chess tables at the southwestern gate. Three entrances for this triangle intersection sits at the foot of these three streets. TriBeCa’s neighborhood little jewel.
