Aerosoles Shoe Store

This place has the best customer service of any shoe store I’ve ever been to. In the last 2 months, I’ve bought 2 different pairs of sandals and for each purchase, the different salespeople were both helpful and patient, not pushing me to get anything I wasn’t crazy about. But today, they went above and beyond. The elastic band on one of the sandals has started to come undone and now the shoe is very loose after about a month of wear. I brought them in expecting at most a repair and probably just a recommendation to take them to a repair shop. Instead, the two guys behind the counter took my Aerosoles card to look up my purchases, took the old pair and replaced them with a brand-​new pair free of charge. I didn’t expect such wonderful service and a really appreciative because I am a loyal customer.

This place saved my ass. I start a new job tomorrow and was desperate for a *comfortable* pair of heels. I’d never been to an Aerosoles shop before, and I was just so impressed with the quality of the shoes and the helpful employees. And the best part? The shoes are so comfortable! They have an extra lining for comfort and are flexible enough that they don’t really require time to «wear them in». I think the prices were pretty average for a nice shoe shop, $ 79 for each pair. And yes, of course I had to buy two. ^_^
