Acccent on Flowers delivers fresh, beautiful flower arrangements that are always special. I have been a client for two decades and always find Andy helpful. He has excellent taste and can accommodate both conventional and original requests. On the single occasion when I was disappointed, he sent replacements within the hour. Nobody does it better — which is why he does some of the most prestigious and sophisticated parties and events in NY.

I called Accent on Flowers after looking at some of the reviews on Unilocal.I needed to send flowers to my bf at work and needed it done today. The man on the phone was extremely helpful… he provided suggestions, asked me questions about what he would like, offered ideas. After about 5 minutes he had put together an idea and it turned out beautiful… and he delivered them an hour later.
It doesn’t get any better: service, quality, same day and the price was competitive.
I don’t know what happened to «m.m.» in 2009, but they clearly weren’t at this shop.

I stopped here for a last minute valentines bouquet, and the owners were very helpful in hand picking and designing a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. I had no idea what I was doing but they made me a bouquet that came out beautiful and smelt great. Thank you so much! The owners couldn’t have been more nice and accommodating. Definitely will come back again for flowers.

I cannot understand why someone would leave a bad review. This flower shop is run by a husband wife team, they are so friendly and considerate, they always go out of their way to talk to my 3 year old daughter and take her in the flower room to help pick flowers. Hands down they best, healthiest flowers around. I think they are the perfect example of what a true neighborhood merchant is all about.

I needed something very specific to get my Grandmother for Mother’s day (what my Grandfather used to get her every year). They didn’t have it the way I wanted it, but they made it up for me on the spot. I went to five other places before I ended up here.
Truly could not have been nicer. It was a touch more than I wanted to spend, but it’s worth it.

I had a wonderful experience with Accent on Flowers. The owners are creative, thoughtful, and have a solid knowledge of all types of options for different budgets. I worked with them for my wedding, and would not hesitate to go back for a small or large order — any time. I highly, highly recommend this shop!

Stopped by today after work as I saw some interesting flowers being delivered this morning that I hadn’t seen before. The shop itself is pretty crowded and a little messy inside, but they have the most fabulous flowers and they are so incredibly fresh. The owners were so friendly and were happy to show me many different types of flowers and tell me about them. Even though it was clear it was not my intent to purchase all of the flowers i inquired after… though I did end up buying a small bunch in the end, i didn’t ever feel pressured to purchase and I felt that they really just loved flowers and wanted to share. will try again in the future with a larger bouquet.

there are plenty of florists (and delis as well) that are far more helpful and delightful to deal with when buying flowers. the owner of Accent On Flowers is just so unfriendly i just had to write this review. i was going to purchase 40 + orchid pots but refused to give him any business at all due to his condescending tone and choice of words which left me really confused as to how a person like him can run a shop in any economy. eeek!
EVERYONE BEWARE of the vicious bug known as Accent On Flowers.
