My landlord hired Abalon for a bed bug situation we and our neighbors had. The staff and management are unhelpful, unfriendly, unsympathetic and un-​knowledgeable. Honestly, just plain rude. The actual exterminator was nice and friendly. But, it took several visits and many many calls to get our situation resolved. We would continue to see bugs weeks after the extermination and they would say «oh, that’s normal» and then when we said, it’s been too long, you need to come back and re-​exterminate, they said — oh, you must be bringing them in from outside — it’s a whole new cost for a fresh start-​over service. Luckily we moved and were able to get rid of them and didn’t bring them with us. No thanks to Abalon.
