This laughable store preys on tourists who cannot price check merchandise. I popped in there yesterday in search for a cheap and cheerful flash drive, knowing full well the item could be purchased for around $ 20 on Amazon. I’m quite happy to pay a surcharge for the convenience of buying from a bricks and mortar store, but to see the eye-​poppingly stupid price of $ 199 («but for you, sir, I can do it for $ 49.99»), leads me to believe that the owner thinks he is haggling in a Tangiers souk rather than selling tat on the tourist strip. Avoid like the plague.

I have had the worst possible experience with this store.
First, they significantly overcharged my father for a smartphone: nearly twice the advertised rate from manufacturer.
Second, when I returned it, they gave me store credit and kept changing both what they had in stock and at what price. They said they would would have things in stock at reasonable prices and when I want to redeem my credit, it was always «magically» not there.
Finally, I ended up with the original phone plus beats wireless headphones plus a few add ons.
After 1 week, the beats headphones started malfunctioning. Beats would not honor my warranty because I purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
Recently, my phone stopped working. It turns out an IMEI block had been placed on my phone 6 months

I found it working in the area and have been back to buy countless NYC gifts for friends and family out of town.
Affordable, friendly and beyond question worth the schlep to get gifts. I actually bought my neice hello kitty gifts there non NYC related that she LOOOOVES

was sold two tripods and a camera lens kit for $ 575.00.
Upon
investigation over the internet, I discovered that one tripod (Sunpak
5200d) sells for $ 9.95, the other (Sunpak 6200PG) sells for $ 49.00, and
the macro lens kit sells for $ 32.99.
The sales pitch was INTENSE, the saler completeley used my 14 year old daughter (She was the one with the camera) and
included the display of a fraudulent web site

) which appears to have been created to
mis-​represent the actual value of this company’s products.
When
confronted, a refund was refused, and an offer was made to exchange the
items for others of no better value.
Me and my daughter have been deliberately cheated.
DO NOT GO THERE !!!
