Pop-​up shops are kind of 2010, but «Apt 32 degrees» is a pretty cool idea. It’s a flagship store set up to be more of an actual apartment then a store.
The idea is for people to wander in, and spend time watching tv, playing Xbox, etc*, but not necessarily shopping.
Even if you’re not in the market for a new coat, it’s a cool space — Worth checking out for a free espresso or glass of champagne.

* The bathroom is AMAZING. The space was originally a model apt for the new Trump Soho building, so it’s truly a bathroom of excellence.
