Ya know what? I respect that this place rocks that C sanitation grade proudly. They are owning it and don’t give a fuck if the«man» doesn’t agree with how they do things, be it safe for public consumption or not. I get food from here all the time and it’s always delicious. How funny would it be if I update this review with a story about horrific food poisoning

They are indeed my guilty pleasure. Normally get half chicken and tostones. Both the chicken and the tostones have the right amount of crispy. Yes this is a hole in the wall spot, but it is a local favorite for some quick meals and comfort food for all types of situations. Inexpensive, speedy and they deliver, what else do you want?

Gelatinous chicken! If you like gelatinous chicken, come on down… This is speaking about the chicken that comes with the chicken broccoli. It’s just as gummy as a fruit snack. Their egg rolls on the other hand are pretty good. Their General Tso chicken is hit and miss, as in one day they are very hard, on other days they are normal… No I am not an elderly person that has a hard time chewing food, I’m 23.

One of the best Chinese take out spots in the city. I’ve recommended many friends to this place and everyone loved it. It may not look like a place where delicious Chinese food is served but it most definitely is and if you order, they literally take about 10 – 15 minutes.

Close to my apartment, it’s very convenient for me. The service is fast and accommodating. They always seem pretty busy during lunch with great specials. There are 3 tables available if you want to dine in, but it’s mostly a take out joint.

Good Chinese– take out! I think the staff is really friendly. The prices are standard. The place always seems clean. I choose this one over the other Chinese place down on the next block!

Update: I ordered again this week: can’t stop, won’t stop. Anything to not go outside. I got the Sesame chicken. SOSWEET. I literally can’t believe that this is how sesame chicken is supposed to taste. I had to add soy sauce to even it out a bit. Still giving this place 4 Stars because I don’t know how sesame chicken should taste, and this could be entirely my fault, but I prefer the Genera Tso’s. Happy Eating!

Holy crap, guys. The chicken wings here are fantastic. We still order from them pretty regularly, but last night was the first time for the chicken wings. So. Good.

If you’re a sucker for cheap Chinese carryout, then this place is for you. You know exactly what you’re getting yourself into here. I get their sesame chicken and fried rice for $ 6.50 about once a week. «A» health rating.

Regular ghetto Chinese food — if you keep your expectations low, you won’t be disappointed. Their decent with the chicken dishes and their won ton soup, and the dumplings are OK.

Not the best Chinese food, but it is fairly cheap, and largely portioned. The sesame chicken and won ton soup is pretty good, however! Cash only.

Regular old Chinese spot. Haven’t had any problems with the workers or how long it takes to get your food. the dumplings are good. you might feel liek crap after eating the greasy food but you get what you get right haha. they only take cash no credit cards either.

I’ve lived up here for over 5 years and eat here at least once a week for those 5 years in fact I just saw my boy Lyn in the elevator as I was coming home tonight. Best crappy white people chinese you will ever get from a take out joint, Best. Dot. Period End of sentence. HomeBoy on the wok knows his shit. And anywhere I can get a good chicken and mixed veg with rice and tostones that don’t suck is A ok! Lyn’s wife she’s the one with th «@#$% you» look yea dont #$%^ with her but once you get passed that face shes actually very nice with a memory like a trap she’ll get your order right even if you twist it up. One time only they screwed an order up and totally made good on it. Awesome family.

Huge portions of mediocre, inauthentic Chinese food. It’s between the 1 and my apartment so I go here all the time. I usually don’t manage to eat all of it; there’s just too much food. I find it interesting that the guys in front that take orders know Chinese, English, and Spanish.

I have ordered take-out from this place about three times. Last night I ordered the General Tso’s tofu with brown rice. It took about 5 to 10 minutes and came out piping hot. The total cost for a full meal? $ 4.75. The brown rice was cooked very well and tasted good. The tofu was seasoned well and was slightly spicy. Some places make the tofu crispy for the dish but 137 Broadway makes the tofu fairly soft on the outside. I recommend this place.

One of the better Chinese Food Restaurants in the Hamilton Heights section of Harlem. We have had a few places open and close and rename themselves, all while their horrible food remains the same. I ordered from this place on a whim and have never been disappointed. The food is good, the service is good and I’ve never had a problem with my orders. I continue to order from them and recommend them as well.
