Terrible service. Boyfriend purchased me a premium bouquet of roses for Valentines day, he lives in Sydney and I live in New York so it’s all we could do to celebrate our day. He received an email saying the florist had over allocated roses on Valentines day. he put the order in two weeks ago and they had the audacity to say they over allocated flowers. To top it off, when they arrived 5pm the next day, apparently half the amount of roses were missing and were replaced with greens and babybreath. It’s Valentines day. You should be aware of how busy it will be. My boyfriend basically paid twice the amount for half the flowers and for it to be late. Ridiculous.

As previously mentioned by other reviewers it is very hard to get them to cuatomize something to ones needs. Needles to say my girlfriend lives couple blocks away from this place and well sometimes you know girls need this attention thing. I was worried that I will only end up with just flowers though I was really impressed by the gifts and other things I could chose from when I walked in. I might come here again, and the balancing star will be depended on their ability to work it out within the customer needs.

My father ordered an arrangement from out of the country for me for Valentine’s Day to be delivered on 2⁄13 through this florist. I never received a call until 2⁄16 that the shop was trying to deliver the flowers. Apparently they did not have an apartment number or my cell, which my dad clearly gave. Seeing as I work 8 – 7, I returned the call immediately after work and left another message with what seems like an answering service for someone to return my call. I now know every call to 106 flowers goes through an answering service instead of directly to the shop, which always requires a call back from them. This went on throughout the week as I continued to call and leave messages with no return calls. I’m returning from a work trip today(2⁄28) to learn from my 4 roommates(who all knew to answer the door) that the flowers still never came. I called again, only to get a call back from the rudest woman. I work in sales, and know that the customer ALWAYS comes first. There are a million other florists in the city, customer service is what makes you stand out, so I would imagine you should treat your customers well in order to be sucessful. I’m only hoping the woman actually credits my father, who was simply trying to do something nice. Also adding, my dad owns a funeral home in the region, and will be sure to use another florist going forward.

106 Flower Shop Corp did a beautiful job on a flower arrangement I received from a friend. The quality, amount and look of the flowers were spectacular. I will be using them for my own flower needs in the future.

It’s the neighborhood flower shop that has arrangements & potted plants prepared for pick up but, they do put together arrangements. The corsages«can» only come with 1 flower; you can only choose from either a carnation, rose or an orchid and you can’t have both the wrist & pins. I think most times I ask for things in this shop I’m frustrated because, they have the material but will not create to the consumers desire. They’re open late & they have balloons, stuffed animals, vases & even do funeral bouquets. I hope 1 day they will be more accommodating & not just convenient; I’d rather shop in my neighborhood!

Do not order from this florist’s website!!! I ordered a bouquet for delivery Valentine’s Day and got a confirmation e-mail from them. Then on V-Day, nothing was delivered. I called to find out what happened and they told me they had«canceled» my order! Bad enough that they canceled the order, but completely unacceptable they did not notify me. How bad is that? They tried to blame it on Teleflora, which powers their website. But if you are going to cancel somebody’s V-Day order, you better make sure they know!!! Unbelievable!!!
