Multiple issues encountered with this practice. First, you cant get in quickly. They always schedule you at least a month later, if not longer. Second, they are pretty aggressive towards children, and caused my daughter a terrible case of dental anxiety that has taken multiple visits with a good dentist to work past. Third, I have caught them submitting claims to my insurance company for procedures that hadn’t performed. Possibly insurance fraud, or just incompetent lack of communication. Forth, they scheduled my daughter for a procedures to perform multiple fillings. As far as we knew, they were all done. Months later we were called and told that they actually only performed one filling and we needed to make more appointments for the other procedures. When I confronted them about their misleading approach, the receptionist basically admitted that they stretch it out over multiple visits so that they can collect more copays. Once again, insurance fraud! Transfered my daughter to Belair Pediatric, and glad we did, as she loves them, and everything there has been on the up and up.
