Staples

I always go out of my way to come to the copy & print center. Especially when it comes to making same day posters and projects for work… and I work in Downtown Baltimore. They staff is always such friendly multi-​taskers that make everything go smoothly. Today i had Janay… and I was very impressed with her help and assistance that I felt like I should post something about it.

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. I went in the other day to get copies and the women behind the counter were extremely rude to everyone in front of me and by the time I got up to the line I guess they were annoyed about having to work so they told everyone in the line that they were backed up and everyone should come back in an hour! Unheard of! No, I will not be back in an hour. They could have at least offered to see what we needed done and leave it for a later pick up. I went to fedex kinkos down the street and was greeted by the rep when I walked in even though she was busy and they were very helpful. Should have gone there first. But I know I won’t return to staples knowing they hire from the bottom of the barrel.

Came in to purchase a amazon kindle. They were on amazon for 99.99. Staples had them for 129.99
The employee kept saying it was not the same one and that price is too low to match.
I then showed him a ad for gamestop and he kept saying can’t do it. I just said never mind and left smh.
This staples will give you nothing but problems price matching. Also it’s like they pick and choose which customers get to price match here. WoW…

I’m curious as to why there is a dang dog in Staples? I can’t believe that someone has a dog in the store. The yapper is barking at people and it’s not cute.
