Dominick’s pizza

Dominick’s is in the running with DeNiro’s for the best pizza in the Perry Hall area, maybe even beyond. There’s just nothing better. I’ve been going to this location for over 20 years back when it was Gus’ then Rusty’s and now Dominick’s.
Everything about their pizza is a winner. The dough is perfect, the cheese is great, and the sauce is where they get separation and stand alone with DeNiro’s. Back in the day, they used to use Don Pepino’s sauce and you would see the cans on the counter. I no longer see the cans but the taste remains. Make no mistake, this a good thing!
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention their subs too. The cheese steak here is among the best I’ve ever had. Don’t believe me? I’ve been to Pat’s in Philly, the mecca of cheese steaks and this one is almost as good. Obviously, amazing for Maryland standards.
The only strike out I’ve yet to encounter here were the bread sticks. While it has been a while, the instance did leave me somewhat scarred. Yet, not enough to drop my review a star. This should help demonstrate the deliciousness of the pizza! The bread sticks were very thin, extremely dry, and legendarily bad. Maybe that was the one day they over cooked them? I’m not trying those things any day soon on my dime!

I ordered the special 2 topping large pizza with pepperoni and sausage but only got the sausage. Not even sure it was a large pizza honestly, seemed small.

This place deserves a higher rating so I’m writing a review. They should get four or five stars just for their pizza great sauce (which I never like) great fresh dough, amazing cheese. Best pepperoni pizza I have ever had. The rest of the stuff is on par with the best restaurants around. Cooks are consistent staff is friendly, if they seem pushing it s because they are so busy. I have never seen a pizza with so much competition stay so busy since the 90s.

Really was hoping to find a new delivery joint close to home. I’ll keep looking. The «food» they delivered was absolutely laughable. The salads were boxes full of rotten lettuce, the fried pickles were so soggy that they just fell apart right away, and the gyro looked like it was made by a toddler. Totally pathetic and totally uninspired. They refunded my money so I didn’t feel as bad dumping everything in the trash where it belonged.

Been coming here for YEARS (originally the Parkville location, now alternating between both). Excellent pizza and subs and you can’t beat the BOGO pickup deal! REALLY good pizza is hard to find in the area but Dominick’s is up there with the best.

Delivered to Fairfield Inn White Marsh. Pizza was excellent and delivery was FAST! I forgot to ask for plates and napkins. When delivering to a hotel that should always be included but thankfully the hotel had plates delivered quickly. Excellent pizza.

Better than most of the chain pizza joints. Just wish the pizza would be hot when it arrives…

Its alright, cant beat the Buy One — Get One pizza pricing, but at the same time you pay for what you get. Its average pizza at best. Now the chicken cheesesteaks on the other hand… very very good!

This is the best subshop in town! They have multiple locations, but this location is the best in my opinion. The pizza and subs are amazing. Prices are great! They even have a BOGO pickup special that is wonderful for parties! Love this place!

I ordered a 2 topping large pizza at 732 tonite. I waited over 45 minutes. I paid I tipped. Another cold pizza. I order @ once a week but I am tired of the lousy service and sub-​quality food. It’s cold they get lost or forgot something. Even tonite when trying to decide I said «let’s call Dominick’s for pizza… but you know it will be a problem.» And of course it was!

There are delivery services around the area that are terribly slow and it’s rare to find a place that delivers fast. This is 1 of the places that delivers fast.
I’ve ordered twice from them and both times i got the food in around a half hour or a little less.
Now comes the food.
First time I ordered their jumbo style buffalo wings. Got 25 wings and asked if I could have 2 flavors and split the wings 15 and 10. The woman said sure so I got 15 cajun and 10 tangy jerk.
The food came and the cajun was good. Sweet and delicious! Their wings are also, actually bigger than the usual kind you get at places like Buffalo Wild Wings. However, their tangy jerk tasted like BBQ with a bunch of cumin and curry powder. Wasn’t a big fan of that.
The second time I ordered, I wanted to try out their other flavors of wings so I asked if I could split the wings again, getting 25. But the same woman? Said I couldn’t split them up… o_​O ???
So instead I opted for their pizza. I got the large 2 topping pizza for $ 10.99 special and got pepperoni and extra cheese. I also ordered their Disco fries.
Got the food and the pepperoni was THICK! It was tasty and good. But their pizza sauce tasted like it came from a can… Crust was okay.
Disco fries were… Mediocre at best. The gravy was cold and almost flavorless and the mozzarella was tough as if it was already made before I ordered the food.
Overall the place has fast delivery and the food is alright. Cajun wings!

Dominick’s used to be a good local pizza place, but it’s gone downhill in recent years. We used to order their pizza all the time and we always thought it was the best in town. Lately though, the quality of their food and their service has become mediocre at best. One time their pizza arrived cold. A couple of other times, the pizza barely had cheese. Recently we ordered crab cakes, honey bbq chicken wings, and a can of coke. We didn’t get the coke but they gave us a 2 liter of sprite, which was generous of them. But then we noticed the chicken wings had no sauce on them whatsoever. They did deliver more wings but refused to give us the can of coke since we had already opened the bottle of sprite. I had to wait and extra 40 minutes (after waiting 40 minutes for the first incorrect order) for the second order of wings to arrive even though I live less than 3 miles from the restaurant. We’ll definitely have to find a new local pizza place.

Ive been eating dominicks pizza for over twenty years, I love the taste and prices.

Best general all-​around pizza in Perry Hall. I love their pepperoni pizza and slightly sweet sauce, on a chewy crust. If you want a good, no-​frills, standard pizza, this is the place!
I prefer this pizza over any of the national chain places, and love their buy-​one-​get-​a-​cheese-​pizza-​free pickup deal.

My wife and I frequent Dominic’s at least once a week, and this is a great go to place for take out in Perry Hall. The subs are excellent and the pizza is delicious. You can’t beat the prices either. Go for the sub special where you get a whole sub (Try the cheese steak), fries (you gets tons of them) and a can of soda for like $ 8. If you can pick up your pizza’s, you can’t go wrong with the buy one get one free on medium and x-​large size pizzas. Toppings are a little pricey though, and so are the appetizers. But, everything is usually very tasty. Sometimes the pizza is flooded with too much sauce, but some people like that sort of thing (not me though… I ask for light sauce). Give it a shot, you wont regret it.

Its ok. Granted its a good deal on pizza (very affordable) and ingredients are pretty decent but it just comes out as rather bland. Probably one of the better pizza take outs around this part of town though.

I order pizza for groups of high school students pretty frequently. They’re buy one get one free is a GREAT deal and the pizza is good as well. I have also ordered their wings for football and they were good, maybe not the greatest, but good!
