My Parents booked them for my wife (and I) wedding. There were problems from the start, poor communication from Jay, not responding to emails or returning phone calls. You would figure he would communicate with the person who signed the contract, nothing. I had to continually email and call to ensure times and details. After the event our pictures were given to someone at the party, I contacted Jay again to see if I could pay for copies, again weeks went by with no response to me emails or calls. Overall Terrible customer service, I will never recommend them to anyone. There are many other companies who offer this service who I am certain offer better customer service.

Loved it! Really added an element of fun to our vow renewal. Almost everyone stopped into the booth — sometimes more than once. The props were fun and the attendant was personable. I highly recommend!
