Ive been working with Chesapeake for many years. They are always responsive, prompt and reliable. Pricing is very competitive and reasonable. The work has always been done beyond my complete satisfaction.
Every time they have cleaned my gutters they leave my property spotless and show up on time. I really like the written evaluation report that they provide after each service. I’ve also hired them to complete gutter repairs, duct cleaning and pressure washing. All services were done to perfection. This is a very trustworthy company that cares about their customers and the work that they put out there.

Hired Chesapeake to clean our gutters and they did a thorough job. Guys came sooner than promised and worked until they were able to ascertain the problem and work on it. We also had to have a drip edge installed along with some hangers and they came back to do so in a reasonable time. Impressed with their work and the prices are fair. Definitely keeping them in mind for future projects.

I usually never write reviews about any business good or bad however I was extremely happy using Chesapeake. Their customer service was excellent from the time I called and scheduled to the completion of our gutters. I will be scheduling here soon to have my deck washed and stained.

Chesapeake Property Services is the ONLY contractor I have ever used who actually shows up when they say they will, completes the job beautifully, and charges exactly what was originally agreed upon. I have used them for several years for gutter cleaning, whole house power washing (including concrete) and cleaning and sealing the deck. They are always professional, prompt, and do a really great job. I highly recommend them!

These guys were awesome. I needed to have my gutters cleaned and thought to give them a try. They were responsive and helpful through my calls/​emails prior to the project be scheduled. They scheduled the work to be completed when I requested, confirmed via email the day before, then showed up on time the day of the appointment.
The techs who came out were very nice and went straight to work. They provided me with a written evaluation of the complete exterior after they completed the cleaning, which is a nice touch. The techs explained the report and some additional recommended repairs they noticed. I walked the property with them and they left it in better shape then it was when they arrived.
The owner called me the following day to go over the recommended repairs and provided me with a reasonable estimate. They fixed a leak we had at a corner and installed hangers to support a sagging gutter where the nails were failing. The gutter now stands straight and the corner has not leaked ever since.
Most gutter cleaning companies are fly by night guys, not Chesapeake. They showed interest in my project and making sure all of my concerns were addressed. They even sent a follow up email to make sure everything went well and all repairs were holding up. This is a small company with a good sense of customer service. Price was also very reasonable. Will be using them every year now for a fall cleaning.
