Celebree Learning Center

We had our daughter at celebree perry hall for two weeks. She’s 9 months old. I should have took it as a sign when is drop her off and she’d cry. My daughter is a people baby and doesn’t cry with new people. I can’t stress that enough. Everyday she would come home filthy. Apparently they never used a bib w her. Ok no huge deal, we can wash her clothes. I noticed she would have one or two bottles left at the end of the day. They would say «oh she slept a lot». Then today my husband dropped her off at 6am and picked her up at 2pm. Throughout that time they only gave her 1 4oz bottle and a small 4oz bowl of food. My daughter is a very well mannered baby she doesn’t fuss or cry much, so I’m sure they put her down and because she didn’t fuss they didn’t give her attention. I’m so upset and mad! How could you call that quality care? Avoid this place.

This review is about the Director — Monique. She is very professional and handled my concerns in a manner that is rare to find these days. She is concerned and intrested about the Customer Experience (regarding other staff and other difficulties).
My daughter has not yet started attending this center and I was in the process of securing a spot. In all honesty, there were a few instances where i felt my experience could have been better. Monique saw to the bottom of my concerns and I as of now have not re-​concidered my decision to enroll my daughte. Matter of fact, i have made a security deposit and I look forward to her starting.
I recommend this Celebree Center in Nottigham, MD based on a very professional Director (I belief with a great Director, there will be a trickle down effect to the rest of the staff).

The staff is poorly trained and their is a lot of turnover. The first few months were great but then my child kept getting hurt every other day so I started popping in at random times. The staff hardly watches the kids and I noticed the same kids being aggressive yet the kids who react in defense getting the blame. Very odd. Not worth the time, place, or wait list. I took my child out of this place.
