It’s in a little niche on mod quad and is almost off campus. It’s perfect for those who live on mod quad or even north quad. The food is wonderful– the wraps are great and the salads are good and vary from day to day. They have good soups too that change daily. They have your standard Green Mountain coffee. With a little sitting area, it’s a nice place to go and just chat with with friends. They have daily specials for brunch– on Wednesdays, for example, they have waffles and a side. It’s a pretty chill atmosphere and I would overall definitely recommend the place!

Fresh food and nice atmosphere, this is located inside Grace Hall on the campus of University of Notre Dame. Very informal and only open Monday — Friday for breakfast and lunch.

Cookouts: This summer, there are weekly cookouts every Wednesday from 11:00AM to 1:30PM. I’m not sure if this happens every summer or during the school year, but I would say this is the highlight of this café. There are items like brisket sandwiches, burgers, brats, hot dogs, corn bread, pie, etc. I had the Kansas City BBQ sandwich, which was decent. The grilled asparagus was good, but I wanted more. The strawberry pie was mostly sweet red goo, although I enjoyed the strawberries inside, which seemed to be fairly fresh. There was minimal crust, sadly. Another time, I had the jalapeño sausage sliders and corn & black bean salad for a side. The jalapeño sausage sliders were like little hot dogs, and you get 2 for each order. There were jalapeños and cheese inside, and it was decently good. The corn & black bean salad was better than I expected; the corn was nice and sweet so the salad itself was savory and sweet. Regular food: There is a DIY salad bar, soups, wraps, sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, like the typical food on the other cafes on campus. There are daily specials throughout the week too. There are also drinks like sodas and coffee, snacks like chips, and desserts like candy and cookies. Overall, this place is a typical café with typical food — nothing extraordinary.
