Vape Daddy’s

I typically have a great experience in Vape Daddy’s Norwood. The workers know their stuff and give great advice on juice flavors. Brandon in particular was able to take the time to teach me and give me tips on how to get my dripper at optimal functionality.
They lost a star from me because of the young girl who works their. She absolutely has no idea how to treat customers. She acts like a pretentious snob. She doesn’t give two shits about making customers feel comfortable in the shop. She acts like I am a burden when I come in and want to spend money but have some questions. Last time I went in when she was working. She was in the small back office, when I walked in, she told me she would be with me «in a minute.» I waited about ten minutes while I could see her texting and smoking her vape behind the desk (which is illegal in Norwood). She only came to the front desk because I had to ask her again for her help.
I know she works at the Framingham office as well and has the same attitude their, me and all my friends have noticed this.
OWNER! You need to get rid of this chick. She is destroying your reputation!

This place sucks. I’ve been here a few times, based on the fact I work close by, & it’s the only one around. I usually deal with Wicked Vaped in Mansfield, but they pretty much suck, too. All of my buddies in southern MA, RI tell me about their amazing vape shops, how they’re treated, & things are replaced when it’s reasonable BS that happened. These stores don’t give a shit about customer service. I went to Vape Daddy’s today on my lunch break, there was a sticker on the door, «Be Back 11:55», by the girl that works there. Never mind the fact she’s always rude, doesn’t want to be there, steps outside every 5 min., & just straight up & down sucks — She’s now leaving the store unattended for ½ hours at a time?. Fuck this place.

VapeDaddy in Norwood is the newest of three locations. It has a fantastic array of different brands and flavors of juice. All the staff I’ve dealt with is very knowledgeable and friendly. Especially the owner, David. He is very interesting to talk to, and knows everything there is about vaping.

Great to know that I have a Vape Daddy in walking distance. I’ve shopped at the other locations and always have had great service. Very knowledgeable people when it comes to their products and the flavors are very satifying. Unsure what the policies are for this one, but you’re usually able to sample as many flavors as you want. I recommend Rainbow Candy, Blueberry and Mr.Miyagi.

I have been in here twice, with two different employees, and found them both to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I am new to vaping, trying to quit smoking, and these guys were patient and answered all questions, took time to show me how to set up/​prime my new device, and let me try all sorts of juices until I found some that I liked. Shopping at this store was a great experience. Great service and great products. Will be sure to visit them in the future. No more cigs for me!
