Even though through the grapevine(family &friends) the overall quality has been in a steady decline. I figure, we’ll I’ve been loyal for 15 some years and 2 or 3 owners, SOLET’S GETSOMEWINGS! After being treated like a child and placed on hold 4, yes FOUR times, I came to the conclusion that their customer experience is probably now equal to that rolling in fog of rumors; i.e. poor quality tasting and cooked food. Now I wish I could tell you the story ended here and I moved on to better local establishments. Before I could dial my next number a person identifying themselves at the owner is calling me, trying to insult my family and tell me his counter person is new. Somebody who is clearly so desperate for my business as to call me, maybe shouldn’t be so rude and insulting, he obviously trained his«new» counter clerk. Family and friends will no longer support this ALREADYFAILING business.
