We’ve hired Pathfinder to do a bunch of things for our condo building:
–plow in the winter
–clean gutters
–remove bird nests and debris from dryer vents
–tree trimming
–ice dam removal
They’ve even recommended handymen for us which is cool because I trust Lucas’ opinion. We have a tall building so this business is perfect for us. We’ve had an absolutely great experience with them so far. They’re prompt, always show up soon after you contact them for something, and have always done a great job. Glad we found them.

They were fast and friendly. Asked if they could park in neighbors driveway. Always put down boards to drive on. Did a great job and cleaned up great.

They cut down a tree at my neighbor’s house and drove all over my lawn without my permission. They tore up some freshly planted grass that had just started to grow and left big ruts in my front yard. They also broke the sidewalk where their truck crossed it.
