International House Of Pancakes

I wouldn’t recommend going to this ihop! Worst Service ever in my opinion. My Gift Card Was Stolen by a employee there and was never returned or found. I went back to the store to if they couldn’t relocate my Card and no help was given. Ihop is a great restaurant over all but the employees there sucks. I Still havent got my card back. The employer there said he was going to give me a call the next day. I never gotten a call. I’m disgusted!

I’m not usually one to complain, but this one stuck out as an exceptionally bad experience. Our meal started with our appetizer being served to the wrong table, which is an honest mistake of table assignment. That I was totally fine looking past. We were seated next to the kitchen, so we could hear our server giving the cook a hard time for telling her the wrong table. Unfortunately, we also heard the next conversation, which was «I can’t serve them that. It’s black». Turns out this was in reference to the toast that came with our eggs benedict.
Our food came out. The eggs benedict that my wife ordered were scrambled eggs with alfredo sauce on top of burnt Texas toast. My meal was supposed to come with smashed potatoes and onions, which arrived in the form of hash browns with raw onions, with a couple french fries thrown in for good measure. We could barely eat half our order. On top of that, as we were dining we heard conversations from the kitchen including topics of how the servers weren’t going to be getting as much tip money as they wanted because the food was coming out so bad and how much they wanted to work at other restaurants.
All in all, I think this location suffers from under trained cooks who don’t know what they are making, servers who are unaware of the restaurant layout and where and when they can be heard, and a staff that in general just does not want to be there. We will not be going back to this particular location.

Not open 24 hours but still just like any IHOP! Great food and service as usual. Usually go here sometimes on the weekends in the morning before work. Very fast and convenient. They offer many classic breakfast dishes as well many pancake specials. Definitely give the pancakes a try :)

We were seated immediately as we walked in the door by our server, Joe. As soon as our butts hit the seats, he asked if/​what we wanted to drink; no time to see the drink list, no time to breathe. Two kid drinks and two coffees came to us. Then was immediately asked if we were ready to order. Told him no. He came back not even 3 – 4 minutes later. For a Saturday night around 6:15/6:30, I would estimate the restaurant to be ¹⁄₃ filled. so we pushed him back again due to needing a decision breaker between two items (which is reallllly common, right?). I ordered the Californian Scramble. Was not asked about my choices about sides at all, such as between the red potatoes/​onions and hash browns. Got the potatoes/​onions as default… so I was lucky to pre-​request the pancake choice since I probably would have gotten a double surprise of sides. Both stars are given towards the kitchen. Yes, your typical «pancake house joint», but the variety is good and everything was cooked as expected. Service was a «lolnope» experience.
Coming out here was a treat for my kid, but after this, I don’t think we’ll be back here. So many other choices for dinner outings.

Just A-​OK as three stars means here. You get what you expect here, nothing to knock your socks off just mass produced breakfast. The menu variety is good, the service is okay. They were really accommodating the last time I was in when we were seating under a vent and asked to be moved because it was SUPER cold. You really can’t expect an amazing time or amazing food from this type of place, you know it is not what you are going to get, but hey, when you want some fattening and bad for you breakfast choices, you can’t go wrong with this place.

This IHOP location seems to be always crowded. Eggs, sausage and bacon as you’d expect, good. Pancakes not as good as I expected though. It also took a while for food to arrive and even longer waiting for the waitress to get our check. B

Not bad! Clean facilities and nice staff. Good place to grab some breakfast before our drive back to New York from Boston.
We ordered the pancake breakfast combo which comes with your choice of two pancakes, eggs, sausage/​bacon/​ham, and hash browns :) definitely satisfied my craving for pancakes today!

The food was AMAZING. The tradition of course is the breakfast but this time me and my boyfriend tries the dinner and LORD we were speechless! I had the roasted turkey with gravy, stuffing, mash potatoes, broccoli with garlic bread. And my boyfriend got the country fried steak with mash potatoes and corn and garlic bread. U get a choice of salad or soup. And we got both. Food was amazing ! Definitely recommend here!

The breakfasts are great. It’s a crap shoot with the wait staff. I try to always sit in Helens section. This is a big treat on Sunday’s and my kids love IHOP.

My friend and I visited this IHOP. When we were seated when we were seated we were immediately asked what we wanted to drink. Once we told the waitress she then came back and was rather pushy towards what we wanted to order she said she’d give us time then came back within 2 minutes. Then we ordered our food which came along with the check. We got the check with our food which I felt was rushed. I just didn’t like the service here.

Went there today, thought I would start off the new year with a nice, fulfilling breakfast. We waited 15 minutes, no big deal. We finally got our food, I ordered the breakfast sampler. It looked good, but there was a piece of hair on the bottle of my plate, right under the hash browns. I told the waitress that she might want to show her manager the piece of hair, she asked if I wanted another plate and I declined. They took my boyfriends meal of $ 9.29 off instead of my meal that cost $ 9.99. Never coming back here. Staff was unfriendly. Experience was awful.

I come here at least once a month and am rarely disappointed. Their 2 pm staff seems a bit quirky and rough around the edges but their eggs Benny have almost always been perfect. For a chain, this place is top notch and by far my favorite breakfast place

Nice Place, Big Portions, Delicious Pancakes :)

Food is good, service kinda sucks. No host or hostess so if it’s not super busy your left waiting there at the door for an awkwardly long time. Went here with my boyfriend a couple days ago, and the waiter forgot one of his sides, then we asked for it, and he said he would be right back with it and apologized. He came back at least twice more, neither time did he bring the hashbrowns.

I ordered a chicken fajita omelette with egg whites, no sour cream, no cheese, no onions, it was flawless and came out quick My awesome server fast accurate & very professional she ensured a speedy food delivery. I had rye toast toasted perfect with no butter and a order of hash browns to top off a nutritious breakfast. I had a glass of cranberry juice. IHOP’s coffee is very weak at all locations. Parking here is no problem if you get here first thing in the morning by 7:30am. This location is very clean & the facility is well kept

Having been here several times over the years I find the service hit or miss. But the food always hits the spot. Great breakfast joint.

Does not get much better than this for breakfast. Some people may assume you have to go to some new fancy place for a great breakfast but they are wrong. This IHOP has the correct mix of a great wait staff and a really good kitchen. Three of us had breakfast this past Sunday and my sister is very picky about her food, and silverware. She had no issues at all. The waiter was very pleasant without being fake, he brought all of our food out at the same time, and he made sure the bacon in the omelet was crisp enough, many times if you ask for crisp bacon in an omelet you get either the same not crisp bacon as everyone else or they just burn it and call it «crisp» not here is was crisp with no white fat but not burnt. My omelet was cooked just right and my chocolate chip pancakes has a plethora of chocolate chips.
The manager did the usual walk by but really seemed to want to know how things were vs the usual everything OK, as he walks away.
Coffee was hot and fresh and really pretty good for not being some «name brand» on the menu.
Overall it was a great way to start your day, the quantity of food also seemed to be larger than my local IHOP as I could not actually finish my breakfast!

We love coming to this location on Sunday mornings to just relax and have a good breakfast. But to our surprise they remodeled and made it more cozy and inviting. I will say the vibe has changed from road side diner to «dining room in a Holiday Inn»… Not sure if this is what they were going for but I still like it. Unfortunately that also means that they have taken away some of the most beautiful natural light that used to shine through. The atmosphere has changed a bit to more upscale but still relaxed.

Really a great IHOP! Great staff and size, parking is ok, food is pretty fast!

I am not overly impressed with this restaurant. The food is somewhat greasy. I will have to say that the waitstaff really cares about you. They are very prompt and kind to you as a patron. I gave it two stars as the food quality is your typical greasy American breakfast fare. But, it is VERY kid friendly and keeps the children happy with pancakes sporting numerous toppings.
We have gone here on my son’s 1^st birthday and 2^nd and he got a pancake stack complimentary for his birthday covered in whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips. He absolutely loved it!
