Honey Dew Donuts

I love this honey dew. I am pregnant and I crave corn muffins in the morning and a mocha madness (sometimes decaf sometimes caff). The people at this location are so friendly! For some reason my credit card never works there and they are still friendly about it even though working in the service industry I know how annoying and time consuming typing in a credit card can be! I will continue to frequent this location!

I’ve been coming here for years and I love everything about this place. Incredibly awesome staff, great food, great options, and great service. Not one bad thing to say about this place, they have it all. Hopefully they have good locks on their doors because if an apocalypse ever broke out that’s where I’d head.

Friendly staff, they do a great speedy job. Although having to ask for napkins EVERYDAY when I get my sandwich at the drive through window…

Honey Dew is great. Same as Dunkin Donuts.
But I won’t EVER visit the Washington Street location in Norwood again.
The owner, Chris, is extremely rude and does not follow the guidelines that the store has to follow (ex. If you don’t recieve a receipt, your order is supposed to be free). I have called corporate in the past about this location and district manager Jim could not be more friendly and trying of this owner, yet he said his hands are tied, as he is not able to make him follow the policy anymore. I will not be ever visiting again, as owner Chris asked of me.
Don’t ever bother with this location. I will be not-​recommending this to many people, and do not recommend it at all to anyone reading this review. (Plus, by the way, the staff have changed, now most of them are rude and not nearly as helpful or kind as the old staff. Too bad, that owner made some wrong decisions there).
All I have to say about this Honey Dew Donuts is NEVER AGAIN.

As another Unilocaler said — good staff, I agree. Yet I don’t think it’s ok for when I go to the drive thru and say «cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted, with cream cheese ON IT», only HALF of the time will they actually put the cream chesse on it. Also, great place if you are looking for a nearby drive-​thru. Norwood’s only drive thru Honey Dew or Dunkins that’s not all the way on Route 1 is right here. Conveniently located on Washington St, AND it’s almost NEVER crowded. They also have a great little full serve gas station and a AWESOME food mart with pizza, hot dogs, chicken and so much more. This is a suprisingly GOOD convenience store

Love Honey Dew. It is handicapped accessible To the customer with the scooter it sounds like it was a safety issue and I believe that to go through a drive-​thru it has to be a licensed vehicle. Are you sure it was the owner’s wife? B/​c I know the family and you couldn’t be anymore WRONG! I have gone to that store for years and have never had a bad experience.

The owner’s wife is a rude unsympathetic witch! I am handicap and was denied service at the drive through in my electric mobility scooter. A motorcycle can use the drive through and every other drive thru in Norwood and surrounding towns allows my electric mobility scooter to use the drive through including my banks (both of them) McDonald’s, Starbucks, Burger King .
They refused me service at the window on my second visit after already being served once at the drive thru in my scooter. Rather than serving me and then saying «in the future we would prefer you to come inside» the refused to serve me. Access to inside is nearly impossible when you are using a mobility device. The doors are not automatic and the open outward very awkwardly and without someone from inside holding the doors for me, I can’t get inside on my own and it is embarrassing for me.
I would have given less stars but all the kids who work at honey dew and the gas station are friendly and helpful and they do have good gas prices.
I boycotted Mr. Franks and honey dew for over a year after I was so embarrassed and treated so poorly but the owners witch of a wife.

Good friendly staff at this location. When ever I order a coffee from here it is perfect. Bagels and donuts are always fresh. Only downsides is they run out of light cream cheese and occasionally certain types of bagels early in the day. If you have a simple order here I recommend going through the drive thru instead of going in as parking lot is very small and busy during the day due to being attached to a gas station. If there was a half star option they would get 3.5 stars.
