Have only been for lunch but always a good experience. General tso chicken, fried rice, noodles, soups, chicken with broccoli, and sushi have all been well received by myself and the people I’ve gone with. Not a stand out like the prior Red House in downtown Norwich or Zhangs in Mystic but definitely worth the stop. Decent prices and efficient service.

I’ve only gotten take out here once, but I will definitely stop here again if I’m in the area. Pork and eggplant in garlic sauce was delicious! Hot and sour soup was one of the best I’ve ever had. There are a lot of Asian restaurants around, but really good ones are hard to find. There’s a small pleasant looking restaurant area, though only a few eating in at 8:30 on a Thursday evening.

Celebrated Chinese New Year there with friends. We all liked it. Their prices are reasonable with big portions. They have authentic Szechuan dishes. In my opinion overlook the Japanese side menu and concentrate solely on Chinese dishes. They are best in town. Mapo Tofu, Braised fish in chili sauce, Dan Dan noodles are must try dishes.

Superb. No other words. Superb in every way. Edamame were tender and fresh. Sushi fresh, artistically rolled and plated. Hot and Sour soup — perfection… More hot than sour and has a unique pork flavor. General Tso chicken– crispy, tender, perfectly flavored. Service was very friendly. Prices were fair. Likedthat chopsticks were not the disposable wooden type. Wish I lived closer. Not one complaint.

Wow, what a surprise. First time in this town and stopped off with the Misses for some Chinese. What a gem! We ordered Edamame, hot and sour soup, Sex on the Beach sushi, and some rice. Presentation was awesome, flavor outstanding, food was fresh with a good amount of spice. Can’t go wrong here.

I stumbled upon this gem completely by accident. Sushi, delicious. Wonton soup, delicious. Spring rolls, amazing(although I wish they had been served with sauce). This place gets 5 stars based on the quality of their food vs. Price. My husband and I both had a sushi roll, soup, and two spring rolls. Add in two beers and our bill only came to $ 27.00! I was so satisfied I actually told them they should raise their prices. I would’ve paid nearly twice that and have been satisfied. I’d hate to see them go down bc they aren’t charging enough. Check it out, right on main street in Norwich! My new wednesday night ritual, a yoga class(@ Get Bent, right down the road) and some sushi!

Unbelievable value! I’ve eaten at authentic Chinese restaurants in several China Towns like San Francisco, New York, Philadelphia, &LA. This place was as good as any of them for 20% less $. I ordered a wonton soup for $ 2.99 expecting a cup and got a full meal size bowl. We ordered soup, dumplings, chicken fried rice and spicy pepper steak for 4 people and have 3 containers to take home! All for less than $ 30.

Lovely place, and the food is 100% original… So you gotta come try it your self. I love their Dan Dan noodles, so good, I can eat that every single day! I also like their grilled fish and their spicy chili soup! Especially now that the weather are getting colder, it’s so good to have some hot soup !! Can’t wait to be back again !!

Just went to this place last night with my friends and it was a blast! Full stars for both food and service! We had really authentic Szechuan food and the sushi tastes as good as it looks. Everyone is so nice and friendly. We’re definitely going back there!

Authentic Szechuan cuisine in CT. Skip the sushi and the General Tso’s— ask about traditional house specials. I particularly enjoyed the cumin lamb, steamed dumplings and the dan dan noodles. Don’t be shy to ask for more spicy food since this is Szechuan cuisine we are talking about. Highly recommended. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I’m ever back in the area.

Authentic Szechuan cuisine in Norwich? Yes, believe it. Cumin lamb, Dan Dan noodles, jellyfish are all up to standard. If you can stomach authentic, they can turn the heat up to par. If you want the flavor but need it to be softer on the palette, they can do that too. The prices are very affordable and the service genuine. If you need your typical take out items, General Tso’s or Sesame chicken, they have that too but don’t count on the fried half chicken with French fries combo. You can’t have the best of both worlds.
