Great food and especially the blizzards but the service at night is extremely slow!!! Very long wait time and they don’t apologize for it!!! The only time it ever moved at a decent rate was when the owner was there! Again, this was at night during the day they seem able to pull it together, just not at night!!!

You need to try their sandwiches! Foods are come out HOT! Very fresh! Juicy! The place is clean, I been there few times, people who work there are nice and friendly. I used to go to Wendy’s all the time, after I try there, can’t go back anymore.

H and I used to live in Norwich and frequented DQ for the simple nostalgia of childhood. Well, this DQ is nothing like the clean DQ of my toddler and pre-teen days. It’s clean«enough,» I guess. Alas, I move on. This establishment is on W Main St(pretty much everything is here) and is easily accessible by bus, bicycle or motor vehicle. It shares its lot with a number of other establishments including a laundromat and a Chinese take away. It’s also close enough to the marina to stroll over(¼ or 1⁄3 mile… ish). I had the s’mores blizzard and H had the Reese’s blizzard– both were subpar with barely any graham crackers or chocolate bits(is it supposed to have marshmallows? If so, mine had NONE). Also, we’ve had meals here with our nephew… and the food lacks. You’re better off going to one of the mom and pop chains down the road!

Poor customer service. Went there Saturday night and spent $ 16 on a few ice creams. One was a hot fudge sundae. It was ice cream with a little bit of fudge and ½ tablespoon of whipped cream. Asked for a cherry and was told no it didn’t come with it. I said there is no was I can get a cherry for this sundae and was told no. I know for a fact that Dairy Queen has cherries because I have had them many times on my sundaes. Also, there is usually a good amount of whipped cream. This was on par with a McDonald sundae which only costs $ 1. It’s sad that they will lose our continued patronage over a cherry.
