Decent food, but it is NOT a tapas bar! It has a moderate selection of appetizers and creative entrees in addition to a few salads and sandwiches. It seems to have a nice selection of alcohol, from what we saw. We ordered a selection of «small plates» which were rather large for«small», but they tasted fine — nothing amazing, but fine. For the amount of food served, the prices were fair and the service was good.

A nice addition to the small city of Norwich. While you wouldn’t confuse the menu or décor with a Spanish tapas bar, it is a step up from the myriad of pizzerias, fast food, Chinese, and basic restaurants typical of this area. We shared a plate of mango guacamole with freshly fried multi-color chips that became flaccid as they quickly cooled. I’d have to give the guac a rating of 2 and wouldn’t order it again. The sweet & spicy grilled chicken wings were nice(4⁄5), but they did not have any wet wipes for your fingers and the waitress forgot to bring a bowl of water and extra napkins. The«large plate» of 2 crab cakes was substantial. Now, I’m not much for crab, but my dinner companions really seemed to like them, along with the accompanying remoulade that added a bit of spiciness. While they ate the crab cakes, I devoured the sweet potato mash and grilled root veggies, which were great. Definitely a strong 4. My companions had a glass of The Show Cabernet, which I find a bit tame for Cab but is acceptable for most wine drinkers. I wasn’t all that impressed with the rest of their wine list, all of which they offer by the glass as well as the bottle, with prices ranging from $ 6-$ 9/glass and $ 30-$ 40/bottle if I recall correctly. I went with a glass of Adirondack Red Rye IPA, which was surprisingly tasty for something from that brewery. They offered a handful of other drafts plus a hard cider — all of them craft beers of different styles. There were quite a few diners this evening, along with one group there who came to watch a guy propose to one of the waitresses, which added a bit of fun to the evening. All in all, a good experience and a nice addition to Norwich’s main drag.
