As of last summer, I’d been living in my house in Darien for nine years. The windows had needed a thorough, professional cleaning for at least the past three-​four. I finally «had» to do it, because I couldn’t see out my two front main windows in the late afternoon sun.
They gave an estimate that I thought to be reasonable – came out to about $ 12 per window. Three guys worked for about 90 minutes on my house – which has 18 windows and a skylight. They did a thorough job, inside and out. The difference is night and day. My windows are absolutely 100% better. I give four/​five stars for two reasons: the two main front windows downstairs, which I look through the most, are somewhat streaked and still show some dirt in the late afternoon sun. They needed just a little bit more attention. Secondly, the one skylight I have in the master bath is covered with a plastic cover, which was very dirty. However, they used something abrasive on the cover, which caused it to be severely scratched, to the point I would prefer they had left it dirty. They should have exercised better judgment on the skylight.
