Well, if you live in Norwalk or any other «undesirable» neighborhood don’t bother! He only does affluent neighborhoods. He told me so. Which is why he doesn’t waste his time with people who don’t pay! In his words «only rich people pay». But I don’t have to worry about that he never called me back.
I’ll have to use my money, my Norwalk money, on someone else. A very rude and unprofessional individual.

Rubio’s has been trimming my palm trees and the city palm tree for over 5 years now. Each time the palm trees are trimmed, they are done to perfection. Clean-​up is always done properly and my Malibu lights and sprinklers are not damaged. The reason I mention the Malibu lights and sprinklers is because I have had another company come out and trim the trees prior to using Rubio’s and had damage done to these items.
