Use to love coming here, but after our last visit., not sure we’ll ever come back. This place has gone way down hill. One person working, the theater stunk of cat urine, and the sound system was way to quiet. Half way through the movie he HVAC system came on, and drowned out the sound even more ! After the movie was done the lobby was dark, and no one was even around. It’s sad because this use to be the nicest theater around.

Yikes. well I don’t really know what to say… But the theater has clearly seen some better days. Maybe try to do a little something to spruce the place up.
It will do for bringing my brother in law out for his birthday but it makes me miss the nice theaters in Columbus.

Had to wait forever to get in and missed part of the movie. Only had one employee on staff.

This theater is not worth the visit.
Reasons: Staff and management are rude, unhelpful and a lot of negative attitude.
The glasses for the 3-​D movie broke And they wee unwilling to exchange just before the movie.
The theater it self was fine to include the seating but the manager made the experience unexceptable!
Will not return will go else where!

The theater itself is really good. But the employees are rude!!! They don’t have their midnight showings together. They never have any organization! That’s why Sandusky and Medina movie theater always sell out and Norwalk doesn’t. Sad!

The screen is adequate. It’s not nearly big screened like the megaplexes I’m used to. The sound system is very good. I loved the set up of the seating. It is true theatre seating and there is PLENTY of leg room in front of you to allow you to stretch out during long movies. The staff is friendly and young. I wouldn’t call them professional but they were plenty nice and I didn’t get a bad vibe from them. The concession prices are ok. I don’t know why people are on here complaining about them. Around my way candy can go as high up as $ 5.00. The games they have in the lobby are awesome. They had Stargate: The pinball game! That is awesome!
