Pastime Athletic & Social Club

I’ve eaten in some questionable places and this is pretty much the worst meal I have ever been served. That’s an achievement. It was a burger. A BURGER, ordered medium. Congrats to hiring the most incompetent line cook on the face of the earth. Not to mention the service was outrageously slow.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! The people that frequent this place are scary. Every time I go there people are driving away drunk and yelling and fighting with each other. I was even there when someone pulled out a gun and started shooting in the parking lot! Never again!

I love a good deal, I also love good decent food, while I enjoy a fancy meal every once in a while, I cannot afford to do that too often. The ladies that are running the restaurant end of the Pastime Club are well known in the community for serving up great food at a reasonable price, and while its a «club» it is open to all. They do an outstanding job on fish, their burgersand sandwiches are awesome, and reasonable, and its got a great water view. The Irish Nacho’s for an appetizer, and or the buffalo wings are excellent. oh! and the drinks are beyond reasonable. I hesitated to write the review because I love being able to get a table, but the folks running the place are too good not to help out. Hey its not going to be where you take you wife for your anniversary, but it will be the place you hit every Friday and Sat. for a reasonable meal with the kids. Its open during the week too, but not Mondays
