The ladies at the front desk are RUDE ! Instead of being uplifting and positive their mean and rude

I was having issues with my claim and came into this location. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helped me with my issue, and she could clearly see that I was frustrated! She set up the phone for me and I was able to talk with EDD directly and she waited until I was finished. I was on the phone for awhile. This is a good office to go to if you need help.

After being constantly employed since age 12, at age 42 I found myself unemployed and the main provider for my family. I have visited this office a few times in the last month and everyone is ALWAYS so helpful and friendly. Today was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. I went in to inquire about training because I was completely clueless and had no idea what to do. A gentleman by the name of ANDY greeted me, was super friendly and EXTREMELY helpful! I was so thankful for his guidance and direction and it took some stress off of me. Kudos to the Norwalk EDD office! This was the best experience I have ever had with a state agency! Thanks again Andy and fellow co workers!
