My Dry Clean

Been coming here for about a year and they do a very good job. I’ve never had any complaints… my prices keep going up but thats all because I like their work so much I keep taking even more stuff.

This was the ONLY place I went to for dry cleaning and alterations. I was always happy with them… nice and polite people. Last time I went to hem my dress. The charged $ 14 for that. I picked it up a couple days later and when I tried them on at home the hem was still too long. I took it back to have them fix it and they said that they charged the wrong amount for the dress (it should have been $ 22) and they have to charge me again to fix the hem! I told them that they didn’t fix anything the first time, why would they charge me for something they didn’t do right the first time? He said that if he didn’t charge me that it comes out of his own pocket. Well it should come out of mine cause I paid for a service that they didn’t do!
This place is good for dry cleaning, but horrible for alterations! They just lost a good customer!
