If we could give this zero stars, we would! Terrible customer service. Employees are on phones and act like they are being bothered by the customers who need assistance. When my husband asked if there were any deals, the person in charge said«I only hook my family and friends up, or those who can do something for me.» The reason my husband asked was because we went once before and they had a buy one, get one 50% deal. Take your money somewhere else, they don’t appreciate it here.(Visit was on 6÷15÷15 @ 6:30pm).

I would’ve given a higher star if they would’ve had a bigger selection but either way customer service is great.

This store has good selection and prices, but I DONOT feel welcomed at this store. They follow you are look you are a criminal and do not let you shop with out asking if you need any help every 2 minutes, literally. I do not feel comfortable and I do not like that I cannot just browse. They automatically assume everyone is a criminal and it is so unfair. I felt very judged when I went here. They also don’t allow strollers in this store, which was is not convieient for me when I had my newborn son, which made it harder for me to shop when I had to disturb him from his sleep to leave my stroller aside.

I am one who likes to support my local business. But i just can’t justify shopping in a store that has two prices for the same product. Shoe selection was ok. I went in to buy a present(converse) high-top for my husband when I went to pay I asked if he could exchange for a different size if size runs different. They said not at the price marked, but that I can pay Thirty dollars more then he could exchange size not style only. Within 14 days. When I asked for a managers explanation the unkept person shuffled up to me and said that it was policy because it is a BADNEIGHBORHOOD. The women sales ect. are the worst in customer service, management, ownership. Actions like that, is what makes this a undesirable place to shop.

I don’t usually go to outlet stores or some shop in the mall for the hippest new shoes. This is the kind of a store that is stuck right between a retail store that carries the hottest shoes and an outlet with slashed prices. On a lazy Sunday afternoon, I was just looking for a running shoes(don’t laugh at the thoughts that I am going to run) that is reasonably price and hip enough for today’s trends. I don’t want to give all my business to the Internet or eBay, so I went to the mall to shop. OUCH! I just couldn’t believe that plain ol’ white sneakers would cost $ 80-$ 120! Did I lived in a cave for the past few decade or did the store never heard of recession? Gee, it was such a sticker shock that I almost resigned to the fact that bidding on eBay was the way to go. Not to be deter, I found this place on an Internet forum talking about discounted shoes place. This may not totally qualified as an outlet store where are the yesteryear’s junk are slashed in price for a mega sale. This place almost qualified for it. They have all the major brands from Nike, Reebok, Adias, BK, etc etc. There’s also different types of shoes(tennis, track, basketball, gym, and many others), loafers, socks, sandals. You name it, it almost looked like a factory outlet. The prices were considerably lot less and the trendiness of the shoe was within a year, so it’s not all that bad. This is a good alternative without driving to some remote desert for that buckoo savings. I was grateful for that the place was so close to my place. Major bonus points also goes to the fact I shop at a brick and mortar store instead of at the Internet. With a place like this, I will be happy to shop here and leave Footlocker to the youngsters.
