Service is the worst I have EVER seen. Simple orders take a minimum of 8 – 10 minutes. Even if your the only one is the place. Today went at 1007. Advertised closing time of 11pm on friday. They were doors locked. Knocked as I saw a lady washing something and she told me they close at 10. Would not recommend this place and go to the one on main st. just two miles north of this one.

It’s a small, clean, tucked away McDonald’s.

I was in Norwalk, CT over the weekend and had some coupons for McDonald’s with me. I am not familiar with the area so I searched for a McDonald’s location on my GPS. This location on Belden Avenue came up as my closest location. I followed the directions given but when I came to where the GPS said the restaurant should be I did not see the restaurant. This is because this location does not have a huge blatant golden arches outside announcing that«Yes. We are McDonald’s.» There is only a subtle white«McDonald’s» over the store front facing Belden Ave. This location has probably experienced a very dramatic but well worth it make-over within the past year or so. The restaurant was clean, the air was fresh, and cold(–it was a 95 degree day). My coupon was for a buy one get one strawberry lemonade. So I got two larges for only $ 2.75, which was actually lower than the menu price of one for around one dollar more. Maybe they were having a sale? It was a pretty good deal. We drank the lemonade inside. This location is a single floor and can get crowded. There are only a few tables but we were able to get one. The fountain drink dispensers are customer accessible so I filled my cup with coke before leaving. Even better deal. There is a parking garage behind the restaurant that I didn’t see until after I had already parked at the Dunkin Donuts up the street.
