Luxury Inn

Absolutely horrible service. Booked a room online for 3 nights… when I showed up it smelled horrible. The lady at the front said that I could not check in at the check in time due to PEST control, and to come back in one hour. I came back again at that time and she said again that the room was not ready… now apparently because they are working on the television. I said I do not need television just to get me the room. She said no… and also decided to finally inform me that I probably can not stay the full three nights that I booked due to the pest control. Don’t come here!!!

Yea. You get what you pay for.
I booked this room last minute for the weekend of Hard summer in Whittier. I booked it through
and got a deal for $ 70 for one night since everywhere else was expensive and fully booked. In my mind I thought «hey, its only one night»
The Indian attendant guy was very rushed with me and even though I called ahead of time to confirm a 9am check in, I got there at 10am and was told that there were still people in my room and it wouldn’t be ready till 2.
I opted for the smoking room which was available at the moment which was cool because the bf and I smoke anyway.
FYI: it’s Summer and they have no water in their pool or hot tub. Ghetto.
I’m pretty sure someone was killed in my room since there was red stains on the wall in which I can only assume is blood.
I’ve also never had to want to buy a blanket to sleep in a hotel bed. There were cigarette holes all over our blanket so I did a quick run to Walmart for a king blanket.
The mirrored walls are either very creepy or very kinky. Some rooms have a black light decoration on the ceiling but I thought it was tacky and childish looking.
Also the room next to us had a couple that was having really loud sex all day and all night. Definitely the kind of hotel for prostitutes to bring their men to.

NASTY!!! This place was the worse motel ever. I normally don’t do motels, but this time I force to due to last minute changes in accommodations I went here. My home was being fumigated for termites. Big mistake!! The bathroom was DISGUSTING. It smelled like vinegar. The tub water drained so slow that water back up in the tub alone with scaley dirt that stuck to the side of the tub. My daughter jump and waited for the water to drain and jumped back in to rinse the soap off. She literally showered outside the shower. The towels were not the best, they looked I uncleaned. Good thing we had our own. After that experience we both washed up at the sink. I wasn’t getting in that tub. Later we noticed this brown crap, not a lot but enough smeared on the wall by the toilet. Need I say any more? The room was unpleasant looking, dirty walls. The was very uncomfortable. After the bathroom I knew I wasn’t getting between those sheets. I had a sheet from home an spread that on top of what they called a comforter. I know this is not a four star and it is a motel, but damn! They really need to change the name from Luxury Inn to sleep at your own risk inn. I don’t think this place deserves the one star. Never again and she had the nerve to tell me no dogs allowed. REALLY!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my mom for 2 nights and the place was absolutely filthy! Stains all over the walls and light switches. My mom and I went to target and bought disinfectant wipes and Lysol bc it was so gross! Then to top it all off the air and heater was broken. Then when we turned the directv off there was full blown XXX rated porn on that somehow was just on the tv and not the directv box. I will never be back to this hotel and I leaned my lesson spend the extra money on a decent hotel otherwise you get stuck with a shitty hotel!
