Lefkowitz Lawrence A MD

After moving to Norwalk, I was searching for a good orthopedic doctor. I choose Dr. Lefkowitz based on a few positive google reviews. Unfortunately I would NOT recommend Dr. Lefkowitz for several reasons. First, I had an appointment (which I scheduled on my lunch break) which I waited 30 mins over the time scheduled. Once I was seen he did not apologize for lack of punctuality nor explain why. I clearly explained to him the previous treatment I underwent for the previous 2 years with no results he recommended the same thing. Then became angered when I told him that form of treatment was not effective. He is very arrogant, egoistical and charged my insurance company $ 350 which $ 200 I’m on the hook for paying for a 3 minute consultation that was a waste of time. STAY OF AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY, ARROGANT, FRAUD! NEVER AGAIN!

Amazing staff!!! Easy scheduling and very knowledgeable! I was a bit afraid since it was my 1^st time with my 10 year old with a broken bone! But there were amazing!!!

I saw him a couple times and basically was told to lose weight and put off ACL replacement indefinitely.
I saw someone else who actually gave useful feedback and had the surgery done (I’m only 34)
