Employees seem to not wanna work at all, horrible customer service. Asked for napkins and was given the ugliest look. Food was ok. Drinks suck so bad they leave the nastiest aftertaste. First and definitely the last time I eat here.

Ok, food here is what is expected… like at any other jack in the box place… okay good, but the curly fries are always delicious at any jack location. The drive thru is kind of long during lunch and after like 5:45pm. I never ate inside so I wouldn’t know how crowded or how the service is during busy hours. But the parking lot is a bit to small and at times that I’ve been here it’s been full… I usually come here around 3:45pm and it’s empty, perfect to drive in and out quickly or stay in and eat inside but I usually drive in… I rated a 3 because the pass 4 times I’ve been here the young lady at the drive thru window has not greeted me or say anything as I leave… just charges me and returns to hand me my order and goes back behind the window … no thanks for coming or bye… or have a nice day… nothing…

I have been here a few times after my stop to the nearby norwalk post office. The parking lot is a bit small and sometimes can get pretty crowded during lunch and dinner. The drive thru line at this location can also get pretty long. The speed at which the workers churn through the line is a bit delayed so you may be waiting for a while. Other than that, the food is what you would expect at any other jack in the box location. I will continue to frequent this place for the dollar menu tacos and large fries.

Horrible, literally only go here last resort when I don’t feel like driving to the next jack. Rude people, they seem to force you out of the drive thru and only allow 1 order per car after hours and make you drive around the building again for your second order even if no one is in line? Ridiculous! Not to mention everything is about 50cents more expensive than any non-franchised location. DONTGOHERE

Always get my order correct, I’m that picky person that asks for no this, and no that. Just plain. Food is always sooo yummy, no matter how busy or slow they are! The customer service is amazing, they’re always so sweet & don’t have that typical ‘drive thru monotone’. Been coming here for YEARS!

Decent food at a decent price. For some reason this jack’s does a way better job on not messing up your order through the drive thru lol

This Jack In The Box has your stereotypical drive thru speaker where either sides can’t understand who’s saying what… I hate yelling at inanimate objects, but it happens here… Lol… On occasion the craving for curly fries, bacon potato wedges, or even the fish and chips with the malt vinegar come about. Enter Jack In The Box. Yes, drive thru is slow at times, but going inside and ordering there can be just as slow. And if you order inside, just know that the dining area is on the small side, so there’s not much sitting room while you wait. The parking lot is small, too, but I think the majority of people go thru the drive thru… My orders have yet to be messed up here. I’ve noticed that food items tend to be on the greasier side here. And there’s one employee here that stands out from the rest. I’m guessing he’s one of the managers, and I don’t know his name, but he’s always really pleasant and he’s the only one who knows how to speak clearly thru the drive thru intercom.

Jack~in~the~Box made some $$$ tonight(Christmas Day)!!! The wait in the drive~thru was almost an hour long. BUT there’s almost nothing better than to end the Christmas Day with a large Eggnog Milkshake :) So that’s what l ordered. A large Eggnog milkshake(no whipped cream) and 3 eggrolls. What l got was the shake with whipped cream and 3 eggrolls. Now l’m a huge lover of chinese food, eggrolls included. So l had mild hopes for some tasty rolls(remembering this IS Jack~in~the~Box). The eggrolla were… eh. The wrapper was sweet, tasted almost like a churro. They were deep fried to almost an inch of their lives. And while chowing down on eggroll #2, l found a piece of wax(or something like that) that was clearly unedible INSIDE the eggroll! I didn’t take a pic, cause it was too icky(you’re welcome). Other than that they were decent. Nothing that l wouldn’t expect from a place that specializes in burgers. So… basically l just come here for their holiday shakes… and apparently on Christmas Day!

so much you can get for 99 cents, spicy chicken, jumbo jack, fries, etc. Plus many other tasty items like mozzarella sticks, seasoned fries, chibatta burgers, variety of larger & double burgers, shakes, smoothies, asian fusion, breakfast all day, many deviled deserts and on of the better tasting fountain cokes on par with McDonalds. This place is close to the old K-Mart, Blockbuster, hair cut places, and 605 freeway, very convenient. Staff was cool and place was usually clean and efficient.

I never ate the lunch and dinner items. I only had the breakfast sandwich, which i found was delicious. they use a hamburger seeded bun with the egg ham cheese.

This is probably the slowest«Fast» Food place I had ever encountered. I’m not big on Jack In the Box, but I had a craving for their Sourdough Jack. It’s a shamed that Carl’s Jr. at several of the local branch discontinued their sourdough burgers. Not only was I craving for the sourdough burger, but I liked the«Guess the Meat» 99 cents tacos and the curly fries from good ol’ Jack. One suggestion for this place… they need to demolish this tiny sac and just rebuilt a bigger and more efficient place. The big problem of coming to this particular location was that it’s small as in like most living room and kitchen would be bigger than this place. Their kitchen was super small and that makes it a hassle for the employees to maneuver and get their act together on making a smooth transition for all the orders. The wait after you place your orders can take up to a painful 20 minutes. My gut feeling is that the drive thru get priority at this place over the register inside. The line can stacked up and the people waiting to take the orders would be loitering around the tables that is for customers that are wishing to dine in. Couple with the line to the register clogging up the register area, it really makes it uncomfortable to wait for your order for take out. My good feeling was that this place was probably used to be tiny house. I noticed that several businesses on the same street has a house, but converted into a barber shop or an insurance office. I just don’t think it was wise to have a fast food place like Jack-in-the Box to be this tiny and inefficient to get the food out faster for a FAST food place. Avoid if you must.
