Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve been an Enterprise customer for 10 years and I have always found the staff and the service OUTSTANDING at both the Main Street and Westport Avenue facilities.
As a lifelong civil rights activist, a former Equal Employment Opportunity enforcement authority for the federal government and a Latina, I am especially adept at detecting the merest whiff of discriminatory behavior particularly when the target is a person of color.
In my observation, Enterprise’s employment practices adhere to the highest standards for diversity in terms of race, gender, and sexual orientation.
The well-​trained staff are cordial, exceptionally thoughtful, efficient, and provide a caliber of service that consistently exceeds my best expectations.
In a society that is quick to complain and slow to praise, a single, unfortunate experience reported by one unhappy customer should not be sufficient to undermine the reputation of an otherwise outstanding operation.
