My staff and I eat here at least twice a week. Good pizza at an affordable price. By far the best in Norwalk, CT

Ordered from here for the first time. Pizza was terrible and cheese was cheap. Pizza was burnt and doughy. When I called to see what they could recommend for my first time trying their restaurant I was told«I don’t know, I don’t eat pizza»

6pm on a weekday and no pizza left in the case. Maybe I’ll try again another day.

Solid place in my area. People is nice. The one thing they have to work on is their wings. A lot of room for improvement there.

I wanted to give three stars but I just can’t. I’ve eaten here many times, tried many things and while some of it is good most of the menu is way overpriced for what you get in terms of quality. Tonight I placed an order for an extra thick crust pizza. It was delivered hot and promptly. The crust was actually extra thick, sometimes they forget. The sauce had good coverage as did the cheese. The quality of both is more than sufficient. I don’t like the pizza without the extra crust so if they mix it up it can ruin the pizza. The fried calamari isn’t awful, but it’s usually rubbery as it probably came out of a freezer. They don’t bother to heat the marinara that comes with it. I imagine this goes for most of appetizer menu. We’ve tried the sampler and a few other things and always have the same bland wish-we-didn’t-order-this taste. Salad with Italian dressing is a basic house salad. It comes with red onion, black olives and some carrot slices over iceberg lettuce. Good quantity for the price on the small size order. I love chicken scarpielo and they have it on the menu. It’s a different dish seemingly every time I order it, but the portions are big and it isn’t the worst I’ve ever had, but that’s not saying much. Tonight I ordered a piece of tiramisu for $ 5, and was hoping to split it between two people. What I received was the saddest looking square I have ever been served from a restaurant. The piece was smaller than a folded $ 1 bill and it looked like it had just been defrosted in the microwave. That wasn’t even the worst part, when I opened the container it was served in my nostrils were filled with the scent of rotting garbage. It was enough to turn my stomach. I didn’t even consider taking a bite, I took it to the trash outside so it didn’t stink up my apartment. This was crazy since I’ve had their deserts before and they were never this horrible. Bummer, tiramisu is my favorite desert. I posted a picture for everyone to see. Next time I order, it will just be a pizza.

This place is our go to for takeout dinners during the week. You can get a really good, consistent meal for a great price. We often get the chicken marsala or the chicken scarpiello that comes in a big container with a big salad and tons of breadsticks for a good price. We order from here often, and I would recommend doing take out for a busy weeknight!

Best pizza in town. Awesome and prompt delivery. Above and beyond service– they just sent us a FREEPIZZA. I repeat, ANENTIREFREEPIZZA, to ‘correct an error’ in our order that we literally never would have noticed. We love you, Davinci’s!!!

The pizza here is some of the best in Norwalk! Very small place with minimal parking but the staff is always very nice and friendly. Good garlic knots too, nice touch!

I ordered a large pizza and antipasto salad for pick up. The pizza was good(tasted very similar to Planet Pizza, but ingredients didn’t seem as fresh), however when we opened up the salad to mix it up there was a fly in the lettuce. Lettuce and vegetables in the salad were definitely not fresh, which would explain the why the fly had plenty of time to find its way into a piece of browning lettuce and die. What was the most disturbing was the hard time I had when trying to get my money back for the salad. I succeeded in the end, but will absolutely not be returning after seeing the owner take the piece of lettuce with a fly in it out, recovering it, and putting it back in the kitchen. Very disappointed.

I work about a mile from Davinci’s and it became my «go-to» lunch place about two years ago and has remained my favorite lunch spot in the area. The food is excellent, the prices are very reasonable, the service is great and the garlic knots are out of this world! I gave this restaurant 5 stars because I’m rating compared to other easy lunch spots around. Don’t expect white table cloths and a luxury fine dining experience here. That’s not what they’re about. They make great traditional Italian fare. I usually have a chicken ceasar salad, calzone or chicken parm. Even with a drink, I always get out of there for under $ 8. You just can’t beat that! …and they usually throw in a small plate of garlic knots for free. For all these reasons, I will continue going back to Davinci’s again and again.

I’ve been ordering from Davinci’s for a few years now since the quality of my old standby went downhill. By far, their pizza is the best NY style pizza in Norwalk. The crust is always the right crispness, the sauce has flavor and a bit of spice, and the cheese and toppings are always ample. I stopped in the other night and ordered a pie, 12 minutes later I was out the door with a hot pie. Great service, helpful, friendly staff and quick delivery to most of Norwalk.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered Sicilian pizza and penne a la vodka. The order came hot and on time: so far so good. Unfortunately about an hour after eating the penne my wife experienced awful stomach pain. Further inspection revealed that something smelled«off» with the vodka sauce. Quite literally zero chance we’ll be ordering here again.

Fresh high quality toppings, good dough. We order regularly for delivery. Capers, anchovies, garlic. Meatballs or sausage, hot cherry peppers, mushrooms.

Been ordering since March 2013 on a pretty regular basis. At first, the pizza was spot on, but in the past couple of months(about 6 orders) it just isn’t good anymore. Each time I keep thinking they will return to their former glory, but they just can’t get it right. I ordered a thin crust sausage & mushroom and it looked like a personal pizza, it had maybe 1 or 2 pieces on each slice and the sauce didn’t have much flavor and the crust was soggy. I specifically asked to have the sauce for the other pizza all the way to the edges(my kids don’t like too much crust) but when it arrived, there had to be 1.5 inches of crust all the way around and again ordered extra chicken and it just looked like a normal serving. Too bad, as when I called about this order to let them know, they put the guy who made the pies on the phone and he was arrogant — saying I know how much topping I put on there — how much do you want? All I could do was say«whatever and goodbye». I should have just said«Good luck with that attitude!»

Great garlic knots which they gave us for free while waiting for our pizza. They were delicious and the owner(I assume) offered us more when we inhaled them but we had to save room for our pizza. Very good pizza, a little skimpy on the toppings but perfect amount of cheese and the crust was just the way we like it… thin but not crackery, crispy yet chewy. Pizza wasn’t greasy. Reasonably priced. Always love that, especially for Southern Fairfield County. Our only complaint was our waitress was awful. I hate to say this about other human beings as I am no Einstein myself, but she was clueless. We asked what size the pizza was and she said, «I don’t know». How do you not know what size the pizzas are in the place you work at??? She just guessed and said«Probably 14 inches, maybe more»…It was actually quite funny.

When I was in town, I think I ate here probably 5 times. I picked up twice I think, and started to have delivery the rest. The pizza wasn’t that great, although the next day it was awesome. Their lasanga was really good, wings and mozz sticks good. The cobb salad though, they were awesome. I would get one every time and eat it up. I was driving down the street after I flew in looking for some place, this place was open late and looked worth a gamble. Not many reviews, couldn’t understand why. Give it a shot.

Great pizza for reasonable price. I have tried many pizza places in Norwalk and this one is near the top. There is a lot of poor pizza in Norwalk, and was glad to find this place!
